In organizations it may have important influence on personal productively, job satisfaction, and organizational performance measures. 1) How flow is defined and measured

2) Meaningfulness in work/finding a "calling"

3) Job satisfaction/Life satisfaction

4) Productivity (You may wish to explore a connection with the Job Characteristics model from Hackman and Oldham)
