In organizations it may have important influence on personal productively, job satisfaction, and organizational performance measures. Review scholarly sources on this state and discuss the possible connection of flow with the following topics:

1) How flow is defined and measured

2) Meaningfulness in work/finding a "calling"

3) Job satisfaction/Life satisfaction

4) Productivity (You may wish to explore a connection with the Job Characteristics model from Hackman and Oldham)
