Magazine citations usually include just the date (no volume or issue numbers). No need to include page numbers for print items in a bibliography.
Is it a magazine, or a website? If it used to be published in print, it's probably a magazine. Ask your librarian if you're unsure.

No need to include page numbers. Include a URL when it is reliable/stable. If you use a database to access the article, it is optional to insert the name of the database. If you cannot locate an author, begin the citation with the newspaper title.

Treat blogs like newspapers. Optionally, you can add the word "blog" in parentheses after the blog's title. If the blog is connected to a larger publication, include the publication's title in italics.
